The Armys Basic Training Physical Fitness Test is a three-event physical performance test used to assess endurance. It is used to measure a your physical strengths, abilities, and cardio-respiratory fitness.
The three PFT events are two minutes of push-ups, two minutes of sit-ups, and a timed 2-mile run. Your results from each event are assigned a score. Your age, gender and the amount of repetitions or time elapsed for each event determines your score. Unlike other military endurance tests the APFT is normally performed in normal workout gear. NAVY & COAST GUARD
The goal of this training is to transform you from a civilian into a Sailor with all of the skills necessary to perform in the fleet. Your training will include physical fitness, seamanship, firearms, firefighting and shipboard damage control, and lessons in our heritage and core values, teamwork, and discipline.
Navy basic training is seven weeks, plus one week at the beginning called processing week, which isnt officially part of basic training. Because you still will have drill instructors yelling at you and telling you what to do, it might as well be, though.

AIRFORCE TRAINING
The training at the Air Force Academy is designed to inculcate moral values, leadership qualities, sense of honour and duty, mental and physical prowess, a spirit of adventure and the will to win, in the Flight Cadets.
Pilot trainees are trifurcated into Fighter, Transport and Helicopter streams. Then they undergo STAGE II training of 24 weeks in their respective Flying Training Establishments. After STAGE II training, the successful pilot trainees are commissioned as Officers and undergo STAGE III training.

TN POLICE
There are two ways for the direct entry as a Police Officer in Tamilnadu State Police Department. 1. UPSC - You should pass in All India Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC and you should opt for IPS. You will be directly posted as SP of a district after two years successful completion of training.

SSC
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) prescribes the SSC CGL 2021 eligibility criteria that applicants must fulfil to become eligible to take the exam. ... To become eligible to appear for SSC CGL 2021 eligibility criteria, candidates must have completed their graduation and should be between the age group of 18 to 30.
SSC (Staff Selection Commission) is a Government body, which like the UPSC is responsible for recruitment to services and posts under the Central Government. However, as compared to the UPSC, the SSC conducts recruitment procedures into lower level posts that have lesser administrative duties.
